About the VIP Program
If you've played on other platforms and felt their VIP program was just a label with no real value — you're not alone. Many Malaysia players share the same experience. A great VIP program isn't about how many tiers it has, but about what you actually receive at each one. At m99, we built our VIP system based on real member feedback, not just industry trends.
What sets m99 apart is its simplicity and transparency. You know exactly how many points are needed to move up a tier. You know clearly what you will receive once you get there. And most importantly — the upgrade process happens automatically, with no waiting for manual approval or submitting application forms.
The concept is simple: every RM 1 you wager on any game within the m99 platform — whether Sports, Slots, Bingo, or Live Casino — earns you 1 VIP point. These points accumulate automatically in your account and can be tracked via your account panel at any time.
No complicated game exclusions, no confusing multiplier systems. This straightforward system ensures you always know where you stand and how far you are from the next tier. Once your points reach a new tier threshold, the system automatically updates your VIP status and notifies you via an in-account notification.
This is one of the most common questions from new players. At m99, your VIP tier will not expire without warning. As long as you stay active within the set period, your VIP status is maintained. Members inactive for 90 consecutive days may drop by just one tier — and this is clearly stated in the program terms so there are no unpleasant surprises.
Tip: The fastest way to reach Gold tier is to play consistently every day — even in small amounts. 20,000 Gold points can be achieved in under a month with a regular playing habit.
One thing we're proud of at m99 is that this VIP program isn't exclusive to high rollers only. The Bronze and Silver tiers are designed for casual players who play for fun, while Gold and above start delivering more tangible and valuable benefits for more frequent players. This means whether you're a new or seasoned player, there's something in the m99 VIP program that's relevant to you.
Unlike some platforms that focus VIP perks solely on whale players, m99 ensures every tier of player feels valued. Weekly cashback starting from Bronze tier already delivers real value to members who play consistently.
Your VIP status and betting records are fully confidential. m99 protects all member data using 256-bit SSL encryption, and your personal information will not be shared with any third party without your consent. Your assigned personal VIP account manager is also bound by strict confidentiality policies.
You can play with peace of mind, knowing that every transaction, every VIP points record, and every communication with the m99 VIP team is stored securely and accessible only by you.
For Platinum and Diamond members, the m99 VIP support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This isn't just a slogan — it means at 3 a.m. during a Champions League match, or on Hari Raya Aidilfitri when the withdrawal system is busy, your account manager is still reachable and ready to help.
For Gold members and below, m99's fast standard live chat support remains available at all times. The difference is that higher VIP members enjoy shorter response times and a priority channel that ensures their issues are resolved first.
